These terms apply to your use of this website. Services we provide to a client are governed by the contract signed for that engagement; where these terms and that contract differ, the contract applies.

ASBYRGI Communication Consulting Private Limited is an Indian private limited company with its registered office in Hyderabad, Telangana. Our registration details are on the compliance page.

You may read this site and submit its forms for genuine enquiries. Do not attempt to disrupt it, extract data from it by automated means, or, where it is offered, use the demonstration call feature for any number you are not entitled to give us.

Where we offer a demonstration call and you ask for one, you confirm that the number is yours or that you are authorised to give it to us. We place one call for the purpose of demonstrating the service, we record it, and we do not add the number to any marketing list.

Coverage panels, delivery times, monitoring hours, alert windows and call volumes are set in a client contract. Nothing on these pages is a service level commitment.

Where samples appear on this site they are redacted and published with permission, and are illustrative. They are our material or our clients’ and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Monitoring output quotes and reproduces material published by newspapers and television channels. Copyright in that material remains with its publisher, and a client’s right to use it is set out in their contract.

We quote published material in short extracts, with the source, date and publisher named, for the purposes of reporting current events and review, as permitted under section 52 of the Copyright Act, 1957. Full copies of articles or broadcast segments are supplied only where we or the client hold a licence to do so. Monitoring output is for the client’s internal use and may not be republished or redistributed without the publisher’s permission.

The design, text and code of this site, and the methods behind our work, belong to ASBYRGI. Client data and client deliverables belong to the client.

We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it.

Unless a client contract says otherwise, our total liability to a client for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees that client paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct, or for anything the law does not allow to be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and, subject to the arbitration clause below, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising from a client engagement is first raised in writing, and both sides try in good faith to settle it within 30 days. If it is not settled, it is referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration is Hyderabad, and the language is English. Either side may still seek urgent interim relief from the courts at Hyderabad.

We may update these terms, and will change the date at the top of the page when we do.
